Ragamuffin Top Challenge - Weeks 8 & 9

I was slack last week and never put up a video. So, this week is a two-fer.



I feel good about having kept up with the challenge for nine weeks. Follow through is not my strong suit. I like the changes I am seeing in my body composition. It gives me more incentive to keep it up when I start to see some muscle develop.

Thanks to everyone who has continued to ask me how it's going. That provides some great accountability.

Once Carlos gets his post up, I'll link to it so you can see how everyone else is doing.

good job shannon. i like your idea of keeping track of your body fat as opposed to your weight.

also, next time you should turn down the volume on your background music a little. it was more like foreground music in this one.

BMI of 8%, keep up the good work. I might have to join your challenge once my Christopher weight loss program is over as I am current at my lowest weight since having Jalen, and would like to kee it that way. By the way did you notice that I have a google address now.

Technically, it is not my BMI. It is my Body Composition. My BMI is still 26.1, which means I am overweight if you look at that. You can see more on the BMI here.

Did you register your triad.rr.com address to get a Google account, or did you get a gmail account? If it is the latter, send me an email with your new gmail address.
