I finally uploaded my Ragamuffin Top Challenge video for this past week. I updated my original post and added the video to it.
I realize that all of you that subscribe in a reader would have missed the update, and thus missed the video. So, I thought I would post again and direct you back to the original week 3 post.

Did you notice that since starting your challenge, you twitter a lot about food and exercise? Try to think outside the box, then you may not want pizza :)
I wouldn't say that getting pizza off my mind is a goal. I actually had pizza last night. It's not out of my diet.
I usually check twitter when I come back to the computer, which is usually after leaving for lunch or leaving to go to the gym. It just happens to be what's on my mind at the time.
What would suggest I twitter about instead?
I don't think you should change your thoughts, and it makes sense to Twitter about eatting if you just ate. Just an observation, keep it up!!
