Ragamuffin Top Challenge - Week 2

It's check-in time. Last week I started the Ragamuffin Top Challenge. It is a weight loss challenge started by Carlos, over at Ragamuffin Soul. Every week I will be checking in letting you all know how I am doing on accomplishing my goal of getting down to 210 lbs. Below is my update after one week. You can find my update from last week here.



So, there you have it. I am down a couple pounds. Hopefully, I will continue to go down a few pounds each week.

One thing I forgot to mention in the video is that I am also trying to eat breakfast each day. Bob and Gillian of the Biggest Loser say that it gets your metabolism going in the morning when you eat breakfast. So, I am giving that a try, too.

So, I made today a "cheat day". Erin Kala suggested I give myself one day per week "off". So, today was that day. Maybe Sundays will be my "cheat day" from now on.

Also, there is another person doing the Ragamuffin Top Challenge that I think you all should check out. Annie D is hilarious. You can see her first two videos here and here.

Congrats on the loss. Even if only 2 pounds, it's still a loss! And as far as the cheat days go, you have to reward yourself. I guess just make sure it isn't the day right before the weigh-in!
